Greetings readers. new and old! I am truly excited and, quite frankly, humbled to play an unexpected and major part in the making and promotion of a new independent film currently starting up principal shooting in Central Michigan, the paranormal thriller “Urban Myths”. In association with the wonderful Renee Shaw and ReSource Marketing, you will be able to come to this site to read everything about the creation of what is being described as a truly unique film that aims to not only to deliver, in my estimation, some great scares and thrills, but will also carry a message and life lessons at the same time, which in themselves will be presented in a way that is “relatable and understandable to people” according to the producers at Mirror Dog Productions. A whole new take on “a group of students went into the woods to seek out….”. Michigan is a state steeped in both ghostly tales and the lore and legends of the Native American culture, and this film will infuse all of these elements to take us beyond the “norm”. So, to simply whet your appetite, here are two news clips we share with you about the film:
Also, we’ll introduce you all quickly to one of the film’s main stars….and he’s not HUMAN!! Ok…played for some effect, I’ll admit! He’s named Shiloh, a BEAUTIFUL Arctic/Grey Wolf mix, who will serve as a major symbolic figure in the movie! First, here are some pics of our lovable beast:
